Return of Merchandise Purchased Online

Submit a return online

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. All returns for orders over 30 days old must be sent back to Ultras FC within one month of the refund or exchange request being made. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition.

Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from UltrasFC.co.uk. We are unable to accept online returns purchased from stores, or third-party retailers.

If you have purchased from a third-party retailer, you should return the products directly to the location where they were purchased.

Returning online is easy. Simply email [email protected] and state your reason to return your garment and we will send you the appropriate returns address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned garments your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we’ve confirmed we have received your return!

Faulty goods

Ultras FC is committed to product excellence, and stands behind the quality of the products it produces. From time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return. Receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.

Important Return Information

We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method.
